The condenser of the Ultra-Lomara has many interesting features. It has stops for various positions. These include the ability to swing out of the optical axis (B), and a stop placing the rail for the electric light directly in the optical axis (C & D). Note the knob under the tilting stage for fine focus control. The wheel of apertures is built into the stage, and is controlled from the front of the stage.
